Phase one of the project began in Q4 2019 with the Costa Coffee building comprising of a two colour range of the Eurobond F5 Rainscreen system, installed by CSW Cladding Ltd along with bespoke subframe and Euroclad flashings.

Phase two commenced during Q1 2020 with the main Premier Inn building utilising a four colour range of Eurobond F5 Rainscreen, installed alongside a Ash & Lacy Mechslip brickslip system to match the traditionally installed brickwork. A bespoke subframe underpinned the Rainscreen panels, with the projects fire strategy achieved using AIM Horizontal OSCB and vertical wall cavity barrier.
