A bespoke steel subframe provided the support for the Euroclad, Eurobond F5 Extra Rainscreen panels with Rockwool Rainscreen Duoslab used to achieve the U-Value requirement across the building’s facade.
The project fire strategy requirements were met via installation of Tenmats NVFB throughout the rainscreen zone, with additional NVFB installed extensively to the SFS and tower brick cavities. Injectaclads SS17 inject-able cavity barrier was utilised on lower podium brickwork areas. Promat Promatect-250 fire protection board was used to provide protection to exposed structural steel with Ash and Lacy Mechslip installed to all brickslip elevations. Obex – 0221FR Class A2 Black membrane was installed to all rainscreen elevations.
