With an external façade comprising of an attractive mix of two tone grey Grespaina Coverlam ceramic rainscreen panels, Taylor Place required the highest standards of installation over its sharply defined elevations.

The use of Nvelopes NV2 concealed fix system and Sika proprietary panel adhesive allowed CSW to achieve a finished façade almost completely free of visible fixings. Extensive external soffits to the covered balcony areas were installed using Swiss Pearl in a colour to compliment the mix of light and dark grey Grespania.

The Nvelope NV3 subframe was installed over membrane with Knauf Earthwool Rainscreen Slab insulation throughout. The projects fire strategy was achieved via Siderise RH25G and RGV cavity fire barrier.
