In order to achieve planning consent, the project architects utilised a variety of rainscreen materials to retain three visually distinct facades over the main eastern elevation. The desired outcome was achieved via the use of Eurobrick brickslips, APS Petrarch Stone Cladding Panels and Marley Swiss Pearl Rainscreen.

The installations background works comprised of an APS Downer DCS rainscreen subframe system installed over membrane with Rockwool Rainscreen Duoslab Insulation ensuring the required U-values for the project were achieved.

Rockwool SP firestop was also installed throughout to meet the projects fire strategy requirements.
